Reiki is a spiritual energy healing technique that allows us to create positive energy within ourselves, clearing our own blockages and helping us to focus on becoming a better version of ourselves.

This course is for beginners to get a clear understanding of what energy is and how it works - and to help us to build up our own intuition and self focus.

    Very in-depth and great open teacher. I enjoyed the instruction videos for hatsurei ho and doh in. I would only have maybe included some visuals surrounding the energy fields and movement of chi as I found it hard to visualise this. But great course and would recommend.
